We are pleased to say that our two recent teaching trips to Donnafugata, Sicily were a big success with the resort being everything we had hoped it would be. Beautiful architecturally and stylish in design. Great practice facilities and two golf courses quite different from each other but each equally challenging and picturesque with plenty of water to keep us on our toes. The weather, apart from one sharp shower, stayed dry for the two weeks - quite breezy Spring weather to start and moving to very warm Summer weather by the middle of week 2. The Championship trophy was won by Norma Read in our first group. Congratulations Norma! In the second group the winner of the Claret Jug was Fred Maroudas. Well done Fred! The hunt is on now for a venue for our next trip.
